We want you and your furry friend to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Packaging must be intact where applicable

• Proof of purchase may be required

If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable, we’re happy to exchange it for another size or product.

💰 Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued on items that are:

• Faulty

• Incorrectly shipped

• Damaged upon arrival

If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order number.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item is faulty

• The wrong item was sent

Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or outcome within 3–5 business days.

📦 Condition of Returned Items

Please ensure returns are:

• Clean and free from pet hair

• In original packaging

• Unused and undamaged

Items returned in poor condition may be rejected or incur a cleaning fee.
