🔄 Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange period from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Packaging must be intact where applicable

Proof of purchase may be required
If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable, we’re happy to exchange it for another size or product.
💰 Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued on items that are:

If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order number.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The wrong item was sent
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or outcome within 3–5 business days.
